Accepting these terms

By using Footballer you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older where the law requires).
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password safe.
• One person, one account. Do not share or sell accounts.

Your content

• You own the highlights, captions and comments you post. You grant Footballer a non-exclusive licence to host and display them inside the app.
• Do not upload content that infringes on someone else's rights, contains nudity or sexual material, depicts minors in compromising contexts, glorifies violence, or breaks any law.
• Every highlight goes through an approval queue. We can reject, blur or remove content that breaks these rules.

Acceptable use

• No abuse, harassment or hate speech.
• No spam, scraping or automated mass actions.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer or break the security of the app.
• Repeat violations lead to suspension or account termination.

Paid features

Footballer is free to use. Premium features (if any) are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. The first 50 users receive a lifetime Premium status — this is granted automatically at signup and is non-transferable.

Disclaimer

Footballer is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can delete your account in Settings → Danger zone. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. After termination your personal data is anonymized within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, except where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights.
