End-user licence agreement

Agreement

Footballer uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for iOS distribution, and equivalent Google Play terms for Android distribution, unless a local app store requires stronger consumer rights.

Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Footballer on devices you own or control, according to the app store rules that apply to your device.

User content

• You keep ownership of highlights, captions and comments you submit.
• You grant Footballer permission to host, process, moderate and display that content inside the app.
• Illegal, sexual, exploitative, hateful, violent or rights-infringing content is not allowed.
• We can reject, remove or restrict content and accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The current store checkout screen is the source of truth for local price, renewal period, taxes and cancellation terms.
